At Trilex Fix, we stand behind our work and want you to feel confident in every repair. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Warranty on most completed repairs, unless otherwise noted. Below are the details:
🔧 What’s Covered
Our 30-Day Warranty covers:
- The specific issue or part(s) we repaired or replaced.
- Workmanship related to the original repair.
- Defective parts installed by Trilex Fix.
If the original issue recurs or a part we replaced fails within 30 days of delivery, we’ll re-evaluate and attempt to resolve it at no additional cost.
🚫 What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- New or unrelated issues that arise after the repair.
- Accidental damage (drops, liquid spills, misuse, etc.) after the repair.
- DIY repairs or third-party interference after service.
- Devices deemed “No Fix” (except for the $10 No Fix Fee policy).
- Repairs exceeding the value of the device where we advised against proceeding.
- Return shipping for recycled or “No Fix” devices, unless requested and paid for.
📦 Return Shipping & Warranty Claims
If you believe your device qualifies for a warranty claim:
- Contact us first at support@trilexfix.com with your name, device, and 5-digit ticket number.
- We’ll guide you through the return process.
- You are responsible for shipping the device back to us. We will cover the cost of return shipping back to you if the issue is covered under warranty.

ℹ️ Additional Notes
- The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original customer.
- Warranty work does not extend the original 30-day period.
- Rush data recovery, advanced board repairs, or any high-risk jobs may have modified warranty terms—these will be discussed beforehand.
