What’s your return policy for online purchases?
You can return most unused, unopened items within 14 days. Contact us first. Used or soldered parts are not returnable.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, most parts/tools come with a 30-day warranty unless otherwise stated. Damage from improper use or installation is not covered.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also log in to your account to check status. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
What if my order is lost or damaged in transit?
Contact us right away. We’ll work with USPS and may issue a replacement or refund depending on the case.
