At store.trilexfix.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a straightforward return process.
Standard Return Window
You may return most new, unopened items purchased on our site within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To qualify:
- Items must be in new condition.
- Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components.
Opened or Used Items
We accept returns on opened items, but a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply depending on the condition of the item.
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The item has been damaged, altered, or used excessively.
- The serial number or security seal is tampered with.
- The item is returned without original packaging and accessories (unless pre-approved).
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are final sale and cannot be returned, including:
- Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
- Digital products or software (once delivered)
- Consumables (e.g., thermal paste, cleaning supplies) if opened
- Any product labeled as “Non-Returnable” at checkout
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will:
- Replace the item at no additional cost, or
- Issue a prepaid return label and refund upon return
Please include photos and your order number when contacting us to speed up resolution.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover return shipping.
- For all other returns (e.g., changed your mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@trilexfix.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide return instructions and, if approved, an RMA number.
- Ship your return with tracking. We recommend insuring valuable packages.
Refunds
- Once we receive your return and verify the condition, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically process within 3–5 business days after approval.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
