Description
Features & Info
The SNESRGB Kit is an affordable, easy-to-install DIY modification designed specifically for the SNES 1CHIP and SNES Mini systems. This mod restores missing RGB, Composite Sync (C-Sync), and S-Video output for the later released SNES Mini. When paired with a 1CHIP SNES, it delivers sharp RGB video and properly attenuated signals, solving the oversaturation problem common in stock 1CHIP systems, which results in lost video content.
Each SNESRGB Kit is thoroughly tested for quality assurance before being shipped.
What’s Included:
-
SNESRGB Kit: The main modification PCB and components for your SNES.
-
RGB Installation Wire: For connecting the mod to your TV or capture device.
-
Ghosting Capacitor: Complimentary, if available, to help reduce image ghosting.
Compatibility
This kit is only compatible with SNES 1CHIP and Mini consoles. An RGB mod for other SNES revisions will be released soon. To identify whether your system is a 1CHIP SNES, refer to the 1CHIP Identification Guide on the wiki.
