  • Repair Orders: Devices are typically shipped out after repair completion, usually within 1 business day after finishing the repair.
  • Custom Orders or Special Requests: May take 3-5 business days depending on the complexity or availability of parts.

If there are any delays in processing, you will be notified via email with updated shipping information.

🛡️ Shipping Insurance

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for all orders, especially if you are sending a device for repair. While we take great care in packaging and handling, shipping insurance offers additional protection in case of loss or damage during transit.

If you choose not to purchase insurance, you are assuming responsibility for the item’s safety while in transit. Trilex Fix is not responsible for damages or losses during shipment if insurance is not purchased. Insurance can be added during checkout.

📦 Packaging and Handling

We take extra care in packaging your items to ensure that they arrive safely and in perfect condition. Whether it’s a part, accessory, or repaired device, we make sure everything is securely packed for its journey.

  • Parts and Accessories: We use sturdy boxes and bubble wrap to protect all parts during transit.
  • Devices for Repair: Devices will be carefully packed with protective materials to ensure they arrive safely for diagnostics and repairs.
  • After Repair: Once your device is repaired, it will be packed securely, using bubble wrap and additional padding, to protect it on its way back to you.

📍 Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s journey and estimated delivery date.

If you are sending your device to us for repair, please use a shipping method that includes tracking so you can follow the progress of your shipment.

🌍 International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping for parts and repair services. Please note that international shipping may take longer and additional customs fees or duties may apply depending on the destination country.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes, and these are not included in the shipping cost.

🔄 Returns and Exchanges

If you need to return an item, please refer to our Return Policy for the specific instructions and guidelines. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a return or exchange. Please ensure you have the original packaging and proof of purchase when returning products.
